Hall of Shame

There was this guy who copied one of my images from my blog, and republished an edited version, and claimed it as there own.

The person who did so claimed that it was a "recreate", and then told me that it was "there's" now.

If you look close, you can even see some of the red in the fake one.

Even if it really was a recreation, it would still count as derivative.
The fake one was found on a web-page (Imgur), with no purpose what's so ever... Yet, when it comes to "Fair Use", I don't think modifying an image, then claiming as your own, counts as "Fair Use"...
