Also a person having an ED article and a kikifarms thread doesn't prove anything against the person of that. Just saying. :)
However even though I suspect that JaredtheFox92 is mentally Ill and is incapable of making proper judgements "The Consequences from MAKING FALSE CLAIMS" There is a possibility that he could be doing it intentionally and should be dealt with by Law enforcement.

The trouble I'm personally having is the forth one. If I see more and more people believe his false statements without context as to why, then all four elements might of been met. There is also a "per see" thing, but I am not sure if it's enough.
I think he lives in this state if I remembered what JaredtheFox92 said right, and if so, I wonder if I have to research the law from that state, or from mine to sue him?

Of course he is saying you are going to sue him. I will make it clear I hate people who spread lies online whether it is Bobsheaux, Ravenfoxaudio or it is someone I suspect of being mentally ill they is No Acceptence for those who lie. unfortunately for Jared I will be harder on him no more tolerance for disgusting behavior and As much as my "Save the Patient" mentality I am expected to have Jared has worn out my patience when it comes to his lies.

ReplyDeleteI frankly think what Jacob and JaredtheFox92 did was a violation of my rights, morally speaking (not too sure on law too). Spreading false rumors involving people where they can damage the person's life or reputation is harmful, and so is bypassing the block system, threatening DDOS to my article (a form of threatening illegal activity), telling a person to die in general, and being a complicit into spreading dangerous false information for example.

This isn't healthy, and it isn't healthy to be stalking nearly every activity of mine that you know for 4-5 years, bypassing the ban, freaking the hell out over people giving certain criticism to you in such specific extreme ways, and many other specific things you did.
And don't even thinking about doing the old finger so-called "turn around" thing where you try to point fingers at me for me doing some things that aren't wrong and any possible mistake that I don't do anymore, it won't change it.
Why is it so hard of you to move away from me? The things I am wanting isn't effecting your life. If you really had 'a life', then why do you keep acting so bloody obsessed with me? I wouldn't be bothering with you if you just simply let go of me and move on to lawful things away from me, and frankly, I don't trust you.
You've threatened my blog with illegal activity and said some disturbing sh*t involving hospital threats, and with that you clearly were obsessed with me for some years. There are a lot of red flags.
The only thing I want that might "effect" your life is that I want you to leave me out of "your life".
